Yes. Expedited shipping options are available within the Continental U.S.:
2-Day Shipping: $19.99
1-Day Shipping (Overnight): $29.99 (delivered the next business day)
Most orders placed and cleared before 12:00 PM (Pacific Time), Monday–Friday, ship the same day.
Orders placed after this cutoff ship the next business day.
No. Carriers do not pick up or deliver on the following holidays:

Yes. CPAP machines and certain medical devices require a valid prescription by law.
Our Rx Assistance Program can often help obtain a prescription refill within 24 hours.
Yes. A signature is required for delivery of all Rx CPAP devices.
Yes. Expedited (1-Day and 2-Day) shipping is not available for:
Alaska or Hawaii
PO Boxes
U.S. Territories
Orders containing high-capacity batteries
Insurance
No. AirTranquil does not accept insurance assignment at this time. Full payment is required at checkout.
Yes. We can provide an itemized invoice with HCPCS medical codes for you to submit directly to your insurance provider. Reimbursement depends on your insurer’s out-of-network policy.

Returns & Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to medical hygiene and safety standards.
No. We do not issue cash or credit card refunds. Approved returns receive Store Credit.
No. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
Returned items must be:
New and unused
Unopened, with factory seals intact
Authorized, with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
Returns for reasons other than shipping error or defect may incur a 15% restocking fee.
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or unsealed:

Batteries, power converters, solar panels
CPAP cleaning fluids and wipes
If your item is defective upon arrival, contact us immediately. Most machines and masks are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, and we will assist with the warranty claim process.

Ship the Return: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours
